Your acceptance of this email, quote, itinerary or invoice will signify your agreement with the following terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and anyone else in your party. We may edit, delete or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a notice or a new agreement on our site.
Traveler’s Fare, Inc. is not the source or supplier of the travel services I have requested, and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services. I have been advised that the suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied to me are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services I have purchased. I consent to and request the use of those suppliers and agree not to hold Traveler’s Fare, Inc. responsible should any of these suppliers: 1) fail to provide the travel services I have purchased; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law; or 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes me any sort of injury, damage, delay or inconvenience.
Traveler’s Fare, Inc. is not responsible for, nor will I attempt to hold it liable for, any accident, injury, property damage or personal loss to you or to those traveling with you in connection with any travel services we have booked, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of governments or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, acts of terrorism, breakdown in equipment, theft, delay, fuel increases or cancellation or change in intermarry or schedules. damage or loss I may suffer on account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond its reasonable control.
I have reviewed my travel documents for accuracy and understand that I may contact Traveler’s Fare, Inc. if I have any questions. I understand that discounted fares typically involve restrictions and that changing any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money.
I understand that Traveler’s Fare, Inc. has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel.
I understand that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires me to carry a Real ID compliant government issued identification card in order to board a flight. I have been advised that the name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the same such data that is listed on my airline ticket and in my booking records. I acknowledge that my failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing me to miss my flight.
I understand that travel documentation appropriate for entry to my itinerary destinations, such as passports, visas & inoculation certificates, remain each traveler’s responsibility. It is each traveler’s responsibility to make certain that they have proper immunizations before travel – please see your health provider for advice. Traveler's who do not meet requirements may be denied boarding and/or entry. Valid passports are required for all international destinations. If a passport is required to travel, the expiration date may need to be at least six (6) months following the return date of the planned travel. Each foreign country holds different views of past criminal offenses – if you have a current or past offense, please contact that country directly for entry and exit requirements. Please note that even when a visa is issued, a traveler may be denied entry since each country’s local immigration officials make the final entry decision. Several factors including past criminal record may contribute to the decision of the local immigration official(s). Should a visa not be issued, Traveler's Fare, Inc. is not responsible for lost payments made toward the contemplated trip. I understand that travelers with DWI or DUI records should check whether current rules exclude admission to foreign destinations including but not limited to Canada. Traveler's Fare Inc. feels it is an invasion of privacy for members of our staff to make such an inquiry and these requirements remain the traveler’s responsibility.
I understand that there may be specific travel restrictions related to pandemics and other situations and that knowing and abiding by these restrictions is my responsibility. The COVID-19 outbreak is a rapidly evolving situation. The status of the outbreak varies by location and country, state and local authorities are updating their guidance frequently. Some parts of the world may have different guidelines than others. Check with the country, state and local authorities at your planned destinations to learn about local circumstances and any restrictions that may be in place.
I understand it is my responsibility to reconfirm flight times prior to scheduled flights. Traveler's Fare, Inc. will not assume responsibility for any air or schedule changes.
I understand that certain countries have arrival and/or departure taxes in place that require payment in cash. It is the traveler’s responsibility to remain abreast of changes and airport rules.
I understand that total quoted prices may include a nonrefundable service and processing fee collected by Traveler's Fare, Inc. that will appear as separate charge on your credit card statement. This fee will remain nonrefundable if the trip is cancelled by you or for any other reason including force majeure events.
I understand that some charges may be processed in a foreign currency which fluctuate with exchange rates and international payments may carry a foreign transaction fee.
I understand there may be optional ancillary services available at an additional cost including but not limited to advance seat assignments and baggage. Airline seating requests, free or paid, cannot be guaranteed.
I understand that not all airline tickets qualify for earn miles or full value miles. Please check with your frequent flyer program to ensure that your ticket type qualifies. Frequent Flyer accumulation is between the airline and the passenger and does not involve the travel agent. Frequent Flyer miles have no monetary value.
I understand if for any reason my credit card charges are later declined, reversed, or Traveler's Fare, Inc. is unable to receive payment for the travel plans and services, I acknowledge that this is a binding contract between myself and Traveler's Fare, Inc. shall be entitled to recovery, including reasonable attorneys’ fees in connection with collection.
I understand Federal law prohibits the carriage of certain hazardous items aboard the aircraft in your luggage and on your person and could result in a fine. You hereby release Traveler’s Fare, Inc. from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph. You agree that the courts in The United States of America will be the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by you or Traveler’s Fare, Inc., and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

I understand that the airline tickets, air tours or other products I am purchasing are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed after the date of purchase. Post-purchase price increases may be applied due to additional costs imposed by a supplier or government. I acknowledge that I may be charged additional sums by Traveler’s Fare, Inc. to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof. I hereby consent to any post-purchase price increases and authorize Traveler’s Fare, Inc. to charge my credit card for such additional amounts.
For your protection travel accident insurance is available for purchase, however, no representation or description of the insurance made by our staff constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance. We also strongly recommend that you use a credit card for your purchase, so that you can exercise your rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act if you do not receive the services you purchased.

Traveler's Fare Inc. is taking many steps to thoroughly vet our hotel, airline and other suppliers to ensure that they are taking all the necessary precautions and following the recommended guidelines from the Center for Disease Control and other governing authorities. However, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 continues to exist in any public space where people are present. COVID-19 cases and deaths have been reported in all 50 states and across the globe and senior citizens and those with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By traveling, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and any other viruses or diseases. While we do our best to provide you with up to date information, we cannot be liable if you become sick or contract COVID-19 during travel and recommend each traveler to assess their level of risk tolerance.
